- 2007-09-14 - Lincoln HS Football game - Lincoln High School will be playing Mount Tahoma in the Lincoln Bowl. Tailgate party starts at 5:30PM. Game starts at 7:00PM.
- 2007-08-03 - SUMMER BOOK PARTY with KING'S BOOKS - JOIN US!!! On Thursday, August 3rd from 5pm - 9pm King's Bookstore in partnership with SACA will host a Summer Book Party in celebration of books, community / business partnerships and community support in making Tacoma the greatest city in Washington. In this fundraising celebration, King's will donate 20% of the sales this evening to SACA. These donated funds will be used for instructional / reward field trips, student recognition, and supplemental educational supplies. Prize drawings, food, drink, and great conversations and fun will be on hand. Come out and support our community!
- 2006-10-19 - School Fundraiser Night - at Teaching Toys and BooksTeaching Toys will be open special hours (6:00pm - 9:00pm) for this event. At the register, tell them you are supporting Lincoln HS and 15% of the purchase will go to Lincoln.
- 2006-10-13 - Gateway Night at King's Books - On October 13th, Gateway Academy, one of the five small schools that make up Lincoln High School, hosted fundraising event at King's Books in Tacoma. The event was designed to highlight the literacy theme that defines the academy while exposing guests to a great local bookstore.
Approximately 100 people attended the event. Twenty percent (20%) of the sales from the evening went to support the Scholars and Champions Association (SACA), a nonprofit agency developed to support the efforts of Lincoln students. Thanks to all who participated in this event - and a big thanks to King's Books for supporting our work.
